LOT is an award winning architecture and design firm with offices in New York and in Greece focusing on applying strong design concepts with consciousness and pragmatism. LOT works on an array of projects ranging in scale and
complexity from spatial installations to interior spaces and buildings of high
LOT was founded in 2012 by Leonidas Trampoukis and Eleni Petaloti.
In 2015 LOT formed objects of common interest. a design studio with the aim in creating objects and still life installations in search of inspirational moments in materiality, process and concept.
Work has been featured in press including The Wall Street Journal, Wallpaper* magazine, Elle Decor, FRAME and PHAIDON publishers and presented in
exhibitions, such as the Venice Architecture Biennale, Greek Architecture
Biennale, and the Salone del Mobile in Milan. In 2013 LOT was shortlisted for the European Piranesi Awards and in 2014 was selected for the
Wallpaper* Architects Directory, the iconic magazine’s list of the best
architectural talent from around the globe. .
Leonidas is a Founding Partner of LOT and Objects of Common Interest. With an educational background from Columbia University in New York, Aristotle
Polytechnic University and Ecole Nationale Supérieure d’Architecture de Paris La Villette in Paris, Leonidas has prior experience leading projects at the offices of Fernando Romero and Skidmore Owings & Merill in New York and has been a frequent quest critic at design studios at Columbia University and Pratt Institute in New York.
A Founding Partner of LOT and Objects of Common Interest, Eleni received her education at Columbia University in New York, Aristotle Polytechnic University and Ecole Nationale Supérieure d’Architecture de Paris La Villette in Paris. She has collaborated with Storefront for Art and Architecture and the
Guggenheim Foundation in New York . Eleni has served for six years as the
Director of the Studio of internationally acclaimed artist Mariko Mori, and is the Director of Faou Foundation, a non-profit organization for the arts
based in New York.
