For a private home at a beachside resort we were tasked to re-design the site around a 100sq.m. summer home to maximize exterior space, create programmatic separation and an inside-outside feel. The previously unused back yard has been transformed into an exterior dining and cooking area with a sunken table defining the space and is used at a low dining table or a large feature seating. Exterior open air shower spaces have been added for all two home bedroom and a single rectangular concrete paver pattern creates a floor surface that unifies all exterior spaces and pathways.
