Greenburg Cafe – Brooklyn, New York

GREENBURG CAFÉ
Brooklyn, New York
2025, café

Greenburg Café in Brooklyn is envisioned as a serene, monochromatic environment shaped by simplicity and material clarity. A smooth, all-white palette and ambient lighting create a cohesive, tranquil atmosphere.

At the heart of the space is a central espresso bar, lit from above by custom lightboxes. The layout contrasts slender lines with bold volumetric forms, where minimal detailing allows unique material combinations to stand out.

A speakeasy-inspired rear lounge expands the seating area, offering a low, immersive environment for music and gathering. The outdoor space echoes the interior’s monochromatic calm through the use of white gravel flooring, built-in sculptural seating, curated green elements, and textures that extend the tactile and visual coherence beyond the café walls. Outdoor seating, storage, and accessible facilities are integrated with minimal architectural intervention.

Sculptural yet understated, Greenburg Café invites a quiet dialogue between form, light, and material.
